I am a 27 year, 3 time cancer survivor and gained weight with all the medications I was on. I lost a total of 47 lbs and the best part is by utilizing the Healthy Habits I learned, I have maintained! I am a free resource that will guide you through the Optavia program and provide on-going personal coaching. I'll help you build knowledge, skills, and support your need to realize health while keeping you focused on your long-term goals and dreams. Upon your desired weight loss, you'll Transition and then Maintenance plan, which will allow you to put your healthy habits to work to support lasting weight maintenance. Throughout this process, I will serve as your mentor, educator, coach, and friend. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!
